Sting's 'Fragile' is an anthem, a love song to our Planet. Although the bellicose announcement made yesterday by the current leader of the U.S. to withdraw from an international climate agreement seems dangerous and overwhelmingly ignorant, the result will not be what he and his gang counted on. In one speech, he weakened the U.S. as a Global power. Folks in the U.S and around the world will continue to work to heal and help our world.
The paranoid assertion that the world is laughing at the U.S. speaks to a disturbing psyche and a mental state that will likely continue to deteriorate.
We entered the Waxing Quarter Moon square yesterday; a time of crisis. Moon was/is in Virgo(until 9:34pm tonight). This Moon concerns herself with the environment and illuminates the crisis we all face, including leaders who are undeniably ignorant of the consequences. Caring for Mother Earth runs counter to patriarchal systems...but we are moving-fast- towards a dismantling of those systems. The rise of the feminine is on the horizon and with it greater care for our fragile world.
